What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 30 days before departure. 50% refund for 15-30 days. No refund within 15 days.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes, comprehensive travel insurance covering high-altitude trekking and emergency evacuation is mandatory for all treks.
What if I get altitude sickness?
Our guides are trained in wilderness first aid. We follow strict acclimatization schedules and will descend if necessary.
Can I trek solo?
Nepal regulations require trekkers to be with a registered guide. We can pair you with a group or arrange a private trek.
What is the group size?
We keep groups small — typically 2-12 trekkers. Private treks can be arranged for any group size.
