The Annapurna Circuit is a legendary trek that circles the entire Annapurna massif, offering an incredible diversity of landscapes. From the lush subtropical foothills through terraced rice paddies, bamboo forests, and alpine meadows to the stark Tibetan-style plateau beyond the Thorong La Pass at 5,416m. This trek crosses from the Hindu lowlands into the Buddhist high country, offering a fascinating cultural transition alongside the dramatic scenery. Frequently Asked Questions

How difficult is the Thorong La crossing?

Thorong La at 5,416m is the highest point. It requires an early start (3-4 AM) and can be cold. Proper acclimatization is essential.

Is the circuit still a full circuit?

Road construction has opened parts of the route. Our itinerary follows the most scenic and traditional paths.

What is the best season?

March-May and September-November are ideal. Monsoon season (June-September) should be avoided.

Can I do it solo?

You need a guide or to be with a registered trekking company as per Nepal government regulations for the Annapurna region.
